I requested a quote through Yelp and Luis was the first vendor to reach out to me. Not only was he polite and professional, but more importantly his quote was reasonable and competitive. He came on time with his brother and they were very respectful of the house, laying down plastic on the floors wherever they walked. They worked diligently from 8am – 2pm without a lunch break to accommodate my schedule since I had to leave by 2:30 for an appointment. The did a phenomenal job on the travertine kitchen floor and marble tile bathrooms. I could not have asked for better service!! Thank you Luis for turning this cynic into a believer that great customer service still exists!! 🙂
